ISP Forge built the ISP Forge — Central do Assinante app as a free app. This SERVICE is provided by ISP Forge at no cost and is intended for use as is.

The app published on the store is a demonstration and opens with fictional data. When an internet service provider licenses the app for its own subscribers, the provider is the controller of the subscriber data and ISP Forge acts only as its processor.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information:

• Your tax ID (CPF or CNPJ) and password, used to sign in — checked against the records your provider already keeps.
• Information about your service contract: plan, installation address, invoices, data usage and support tickets.
• A device notification identifier, if you allow notifications.

This information is retained by your internet service provider, for as long as its own legal and contractual obligations require, and is used only to provide the Service described here. Uninstalling the app removes the data stored on your device. The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

The app does not access your location, your contacts, your photos or your messages, and it does not display advertising.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app we collect data and information on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when using our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory. This Service does not use these "cookies" explicitly. In practice these are: your internet service provider and the management system it uses (IXC Soft), which is where your contract, invoices and tickets come from; and the notification service of your device manufacturer (Google or Apple), which is the only way a notification can reach your phone. These parties have access to the information needed to perform the tasks assigned to them, and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Our servers are located in Brazil.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
